Artenchant was formed to fill the void in the luxury market for
high quality hand painted artwork on merchandising. Very few companies
can claim hand painted on their products and those that do are
not 100% hand painted. This is where we are different. Our work
is 100% hand painted by highly skilled artists. We are one of
the only companies in the world who have the expertise and can
rightly claim that our work, from preparation to final polishing
is all done by hand

We manufacture products
for the luxury market and would like them hand painted, what do we
do next?
First of all contact us to discuss the product and the
artwork. For a minimal price we can paint a prototype, lacquer and
polish it. It gives the manufacturer an idea of what the finished
product will look like. Usually the manufacturer sends us the base
product. For example, in the case of pens, the manufacturer will send
us the pen body and caps. We will paint the art work, apply the finish
and send them back for assembly.
We haven't the product but would
like to have something to offer our customers?
It's not a problem, we are able to source high quality merchandising
through our contacts
We have products that are finished
but we would like artwork applied to enhance them. Is this possible?
This is a possibility but it really depends on the product. If you

Will it be an expensive
process for me to have my products hand painted?
No it is not an expensive process. Of course the price is based on
the complexity of the image and time involved. Remember, our artists
are highly skilled and can achieve high quality artwork in a limited
time period. When we are talking of high volume orders the costs involved
are reduced considerably because the paints can be premixed and reference
tracings can be reused in the painting process.
How is the artwork protected?
All the artwork leaves our studio with multiple layers of a highly durable
lacquer in a polished finish. In all the years we have been trading we
have never had a return due to faulty workmanship. Hence the reason why
our work comes with a lifetime guarantee.

With the economic
climate the way it is, there will be less demand for luxury merchandising
and companies will be tightening their belts. Is this true?
There will of course be a decline in demand; this is the time
when companies will be competing against each other for a share
of the luxury market. It is also a time when companies will be
looking for an edge and something unique to offer their customers.
